Cancellation Policy

***Please read***Please make sure you are properly cleansed and exfoliated before your appointment. Be advised that I have a non refundable 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows/ cancellations within 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment, you are able to cancel/change your own appointment through your appointment notification up to 24 hrs before. Deposits must be paid at least 48 hrs before your appointment, which goes towards your service. All deposits are forfeited if your appointment has not been cancelled 24 hrs before and if your appointment is not rescheduled within 1 week of your original appointment. Also if you have multiple services in one appointment and you want to remove a service, you have 24hrs before your appointment to remove that service or you will be charged a 50% fee for that service. I have an 8 minute grace period, if you are running late please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. I ask that you will respect my time, as I will yours.
